My friend recommended this place and I’m glad he did. Was having issue after issue with my 96 Camaro. They were able to figure it out and Jen walked me thru every step.Sent pics and updates to my email and always kept me in the loop. Very professional service and I would definitely recommend Total Automotive to anyone who wants the job done right.

This is my 2nd experience with Total Automotive, this one inspired by the 1st. My initial experience was during the winter with my wife's 2003 Toyota Avalon in which I thought I needed a new windshield wiper motor. Turned out that the wiper arms were simply blocked by a piece of ice I couldn't see. I picked up the car and no charge! I greatly appreciated their honesty then, and recently when I thought my 2021 Grand Cherokee might need brake pads and rotors all around and possibly rear calipers. Nope-only needed rear pads and rotors and calipers were fine. Price was less than dealer quote with better parts and additional services. This shop is in my neighborhood, but if it weren't I'd drive a distance for this level of integrity and professionalism. Thanks T.A. and John (front desk) and Adam (service tech) for a great job!

Horrible. Do not go there. Do not recommend. If you want to be scammed and overpay then go here. Is it because I’m a female? I needed to go somewhere who would do my inspection quicker then I normally go which takes a very long time. Not only did they say my car was done and I could pick it up in half an hour I got there almost 45 after and they told me my car isn’t put together and still need another hour to come back. They told me I needed all this stuff done which would come to thousands of dollars. I said no I’ll take my car and went to my regular shop. Not only do I not need over half of the things they said but is also 1/2 the price. Also they got grease I’m assuming all over my steering wheel as I noticed when I got to my normal shop.
